Data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email address and, where provided, company, phone number and your message. Through the recommendation tool: the description of your needs, with no identifying data required.
We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes.
Purposes and legal basis
Answering your requests and sending you a confirmation email (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest). Producing a tailored recommendation when you use the dedicated tool.
Recipients
Your requests are sent to Flex CMO and its partner Digicami (contact@digicami.fr), which helps handle them. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, artificial intelligence) process data only on our behalf.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only the Google Maps map on the contact page may set cookies, and it loads only after you agree. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed anytime with the “Cookies” button.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
